At the valley station

More excitement awaits our visitors back down in the valley.

For those who are interested in technology, there is a show room. There you can get an insight into the dimensions of the cable car. You can see directly into the engine room and follow what is happening when the cable car is in operation by means of display tables.

Around the valley station there various walks and a large adventure playground for the children. there is a play tower and large sandpit for the little ones and the older children can enjoy the trampoline and Go-Cart track. There is also a water playground where you can splash, build dams or just paddle and play.

Located next to the valley station, the 'Alpenrestaurant' complete with sun terrace offers a wonderful view of the magnificent Zugspitze mountain. The family friendly restaurant offers local dishes, made with fresh local products and international specialities, as well as coffee and home-made cakes. In the evenings the “Zirbenstube” offers an 'A la Carte' menu for guests who would like to be pampered.
